Leo New Moon Ceremony —
Location Update
Due to an unexpected venue change, tonight’s Leo New Moon Ceremony will now be held outdoors at Minnehaha Falls.
New Location:
Minnehaha Falls Bridge (at the top of the falls)
4801 S Minnehaha Park Dr, Minneapolis, MN 55417
Time: 7PM
Please wear walking or hiking shoes, bring water, something to sit on (like a yoga mat or towel), and layers in case it cools down.
We’ll be gathering with the elements — in nature, under the Leo New Moon — to speak our truth, shine our light, and lead from the heart.
The ceremony is still on, and this potent New Moon is calling us to gather.

The Leo New Moon offers a powerful reset — both energetically and neurologically.
During the new moon, the sky goes dark, creating a blank canvas. Similarly, the brain is most primed for neuroplasticity when we combine intention with stillness, presence, and altered states. This ceremony is an opportunity to quiet the noise, tune into your internal compass, and imprint new patterns of authenticity, creativity, and courage.
We’ll gather in nature to co-regulate our nervous systems, engage in low-dose-friendly practices, and create space for aligned self-expression through breath, movement, and reflective integration.
Whether you’re a seeker, a skeptic, or someone in transition, this evening is designed to help you recalibrate and remember your power. You’ll leave feeling reconnected to your truth, your voice, and the science-backed potential to change your brain — and your life.

Science Meets Spirit
Let’s get real: psychedelics have been misunderstood for decades. Labeled as dangerous, reckless, an escape. The truth? They are safe, effective, and profoundly healing when used intentionally.
They don’t give you answers—they show you the ones you’ve buried. They don’t create some new version of you—they help you remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
Science is finally catching up to what ancient cultures have known for centuries:
Psychedelics rewire the brain.
They break addiction cycles.
They heal trauma, depression, and anxiety—often when nothing else works.
They expand self-awareness and reconnect us to something greater than ourselves.
The medicine isn’t the transformation—it’s the invitation. Psychedelics can show you the truth, but it’s what you do with that truth that matters. Integration is where awareness becomes change, insight becomes embodiment, and knowing becomes being. The trip ends, but the real journey is just beginning.
